The SMGA Board and Match Play\nCommittee have decided to update the deadlines for the next two rounds of match\nplay due to limited weekend dates for match play (Club Championship, La\nConquistador and Monte Mayor) over the next several weeks. We appreciate\neveryone that have completed their matches in a timely manner and want to make\nsure that sufficient time is provided to complete all matches without having to\nresort to a coin flip. The SMGA Board has been analyzing the number of matches\nto be played and the available dates and working to provide a more realistic\ntime frame to complete all matches. We\nare also making notes and developing systems to provide a better matrix for\nnext year as well. Again, thank you to those that have completed their\nmatches. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Please see the revised brackets attached\nwith updated match deadlines in red. This will also be available in the\nhideaway in the match play notebook.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Also, please remember to leave\nscorecards for all matches in the notebook in the hideaway and please post your\nown scores. Remember, once the match is completed, all remaining holes are\nrecorded as net par for posting purposes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We have also attached for your\nconvenience the spreadsheet that can be used to calculate the proper handicaps\nfor 4 Ball matches that considers the tees played, the 12 stroke limit and the\n95 % allowance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
